Set along the shores of the Bosphorus, Bebek House by SAVATLI Architects redefines urban living through a delicate interplay of material depth, natural light, and visual clarity. Designed to elevate the everyday, this residence embodies a restrained yet expressive aesthetic—where every surface, line, and object is calibrated to the rhythm of its surroundings.

At the core of the interior language lies a curated contrast between bold elements and softened textures. Rich wood wall paneling anchors the living spaces, offering warmth and grounding, while bespoke furnishings—crafted with tailored fabrics and custom finishes—create an atmosphere of understated refinement. The central hearth, framed in sculptural white, provides a moment of tactile contrast, balancing the dark wood backdrop with a touch of classic form.

Furniture selection reflects a balance between contemporary precision and timeless appeal. Iconic seating pieces, glass-surfaced coffee tables, and vintage lighting elements are arranged to encourage both conversation and contemplation, all while maintaining an unobstructed view of the Bosphorus through expansive glazing. Daylight pours in, enhancing the organic tones within, while evening brings a shift—soft ambient lighting and textural layering shift the mood toward intimacy and calm.

Beyond the interior, the terrace extends the living experience into nature. Surrounded by greenery and open to the sea, this outdoor space retains the same meticulous attention to proportion and comfort—natural wood furnishings, woven textures, and neutral tones offer a sense of quiet retreat in the heart of the city.

Bebek House exemplifies SAVATLI Architects’ dedication to creating spaces that are tailored, purposeful, and in constant dialogue with their environment—spaces that feel lived in, yet composed; private, yet fully open to the beauty beyond.
